Elizabeth Przygoda has spent over two decades reimagining the possibilities of outdoor living. As an award-winning landscape architect, designer, and founder of Boxhill Design, she’s known for creating inviting, functional spaces where people can connect with nature and with each other. From modern residential retreats to high-profile commercial projects, Elizabeth blends the art of landscape architecture with her deep knowledge of plants —particularly desert flora—and a keen eye for design.

Whether it’s a backyard perfect for family gatherings or a hotel courtyard designed for serene reflection, Elizabeth listens intently and crafts spaces that tell her clients’ stories.

The Journey
Her career started in set design for theater and film, but she soon found her passion in landscapes, where the “set” was alive and ever-changing.
In 2011, Elizabeth launched Shop Boxhill, an online store inspired by her own frustrations as a designer. She wanted furnishings that could withstand the elements while offering the clean, modern aesthetics her clients sought. When she couldnÎt find them, she sourced them herself and now shares those discoveries with designers and homeowners alike.
